My name is Chris Weiss and I am Principal at John Long Middle School. I started working here at the start of the 2022-23 school year. Before coming to JLMS, I served as Assistant Principal, Principal, and Curriculum Director at several school districts in Southeastern Wisconsin. Before I became an Administrator, I taught Science at Germantown High School. 

I have always enjoyed helping people. In particular, I enjoy being a part of a team that provides students a safe, fun, and inviting place to learn. Our approach at John Long Middle School is to reach every student, every day by delivering a highly engaging experience for our students. We are tireless in our efforts to keep getting better every single day so that our community has a middle school that allows students to reach their potential as they prepare for high school and beyond!
